I am really looking forward to creating more content on my channel that abides by Youtube’s policies and guidlines. I want to be able to create posts, however, I need to be a Youtube partner for this. I have the eligible watchtime and around 1.1k subscribers. Two of my major videos have copyright claims on them with ads running to provide the copyright owners with revenue. I am not looking to make revenue off of these videos whatsoever. I do plan to make my own original content for my channel and to create a community as a Youtube partner. As for my original content, I would like to make revenue off of them. Is there any way for my channel to be eligible for Youtube partner even if I have a few videos of copyright content where copyright owners can still make revenue off my videos?
Given that you have two videos that are your two major videos means you will not pass monetisation review. Monetisation is a privilege extended only to clean channels that make their own unique original work now. You are not doing that and so you will fail in your application.
