Why is my previous month’s payment not arrived to my bank account. It exceeds 15 business days. and bank manager has no any solution to take money because that payment not arrived to my bank yet. It was released on 21th March 2021 and it’s 7th April 2021
Well no, it’s not 15 business days since the payment was sent. The first five business days were Monday-Friday 22nd-26th March. Then the 29th-31st were three more business days, and April 1st another, but April 2nd was a public holiday in most of the world, as was April 5th. So yesterday was only the tenth business day, and today the eleventh.
With the pandemic, bank transfers seem to be taking longer than usual – but if it hasn’t arrived after 15 business days (which will be the middle of next week) you should be able to use the troubleshooter.
