Your site could not have been reviewed as you pasted the code three times in your section, and also apparently tried to switch on ‘show ads on blog’ in Blogger.  For the review, you must have just ONE instance of code only, and since you’re using a custom domain you can only apply through Adsense, not through Blogger. 
 
But you’ve only written thirteen posts, and haven’t updated the blog since August last year, so at present it’s far too new, and not regularly maintained, so there’s no chance at all of Adsense.  
 
The best thing is to remove all code, and switch off ‘show ads on blog’ in the ‘earnings’ tab.  Then concentrate on writing at least one new post per week for the next three or four months, and try again.
 
Also make sure your ‘about ‘information explains what credentials you have to write this kind of content.
