Regarding your termination:
No one from YouTube reads or responds in this user community, nor can YouTube or we other users help you with a termination for copyright infringement.
The strikes come from the rights holders who have filed a request to remove the content. If this happens 3 times in a row, YouTube understandably protects itself from recourse claims and terminates accounts/channels.

BTW: Deleting the striked content by yourself does not solve the problem.
