Nobody here – and even YouTube can’t help you with copyright violations. YouTube only provides the tools for the copyright holders – and is even legally obliged to remove such content. Obviously YouTube is of the opinion that you would not abide by the rules in the future – and protects itself by terminating your account. YouTube does not owe you anything in any way. Neither a right to a YouTube account, nor the withdrawal of a termination.
