[Note: no one here works for AdSense and no one here can approve / reject sites. You have to wait for AdSense to complete the review.]
AdSense often states it will take up to two weeks but for many people it takes much longer.
At the moment the review process can take several weeks – or even months – during COVID-19. Some sites are not being reviewed at all due to capacity issues related to the pandemic.
Things to check and be aware of
If you were asked to place an activation code on your site check it’s been placed properly:https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7584263 Make sure it is on a page(s) that receives regular (genuine) visitors. If you have your own domain, ensure the site is reachable without “www”. If your site uses www make sure the non-www version redirects to the www version. For example, example.com must redirect to www.example.com If you have a robots.txt file, make sure it is not blocking access to bots as this will prevent AdSense looking at the site. If your content is behind a log in AdSense won’t be able to review it. If your site receives few genuine visitors from search engines, the review process can take much longer than sites which do. Is the information on your site truly new and original? Sites that say nothing new – even if written in your own words – are likely to be under review for longer and eventually be rejected.
Otherwise, all you can do is wait for the decision (approval, rejection or review capacity reached).
If you get “review capacity reached” then I suggest re-submitting once per month to see if things have changed.
