I purchased a gift today, but it was the wrong format. I wished to gift an audio book instead of a digital book. When I tried to ask for a refund/report problem via the purchase history, the automated system won’t let me do it. The gifter already accepted the gift, because we didn’t realize it that it was a digital book until it showed up in their library.How can I get a refund for the purchase? Or upgrade the digital book to an audio book?Thanks for all the help!
Unfortunately, you can’t get a refund because the receiver already accepted the gift and redeemed the code
Per the Help Center:
“Refunds can only be issued for gifts which have not been redeemed.”
It is not possible to exchange or upgrade an eBook to an Audio Book.
