They do not cancel subscriptions, do not return money, but give advice.You can find out about all your payments through Google at pay.google.com (make sure you’re signed in to the correct account).If you think that an unauthorized write-off has occurred, make sure that the name of the payment contains the word GOOGLE and ask your relatives. They may be buying something. If it turns out that they are, read the recommendations above. If not, please fill out the form within 120 days of the transaction.Report charges you don’t recognize
Please note that if you shared your account or billing information with a third party, violated a policy, or did not set up authentication, Google may refuse to help you. To get a refund if the charge was made accidentally by a friend or family member, follow the steps below:
On your computer, go to play.google.com/store/account.Click Order History.Find the order you want to return.Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.Complete the form and note that you’d like a refund.You’ll get a message that says “Thank you for sharing your concerns.” You’ll then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes but it can take up to 4 business days.
