I’ll try to describe this as quick and accurately as I can. I have conversion tracking set for both calls from my ads, and calls to the phone number on my website. I am almost certain there are no problem with the tag on the website. I have tested to see with #google-wcc-debug if the forwarding number works and it does. I have call reporting turned on, and when I go to the call details report I have received calls from both my ad and the number on my website. Here is the problem: I have had one call so far that has met my conversion criteria for duration (60 seconds, call was 101 seconds). The call is from the google forwarding number on my website, and it was manually dialed. But it is not being reported as a conversion. Like I said, I have call reporting on, I have the conversion action set to include in the conversions column, the tag should be set up properly, or I wouldn’t be getting any call details at all. It’s really strange, I was wondering if anyone here could shed any light on the issue. Thanks in advance.
It seems you have a good grasp of things, and therefore this comes across as unusual.
All I can think of, is that the conversion came from an Invalid Click. In that case, there is no valid click to attach the conversion to.
Or, make sure you have filters off, in case it is from something since deleted.
