Please first refer to the Google Drive help page Find or recover a file and try to find files and restore them.
 
After you have tried but failed to get back the file,
– if you use Google Drive of G suite, or Google Classroom, or Google App for Work/Edu, please contact administrator of your company/school;
– if not using one of them mentioned above, it is recommended that you log-in your google account, then either fill this form Get help with locating or recovering a deleted file, or you can contact Drive Support Specialist. They could try to help to recover files if they’ve been deleted not long ago.
