My ad does not show up on the search with all the competing business in my area. The key words have been entered for the search engine, I have tryed to get help speaking to a customer service rep. the google help system is terrible, they have all blurted out what to type in the address bar and literally hung up. Never experienced anything like this speaking to live personel, are these people on a timer or something ?
generally, google-ads are part of a highly competitive dynamic auction;both high quality and high bids are required to win in the auctions –to be seen with competitors, or gain an impression.
simply matching a search-term to a chosen keyword is not enough –google may also take the user’s behavior and intent into account.
