I created a YouTube account to upload gaming content in hopes of gains popularity. I uploaded three videos of me and my friend playing Minecraft and I was promptly banned citing “Spam, scams or commercially deceptive content are not allowed on YouTube.” and pointing me towards YouTube’s community guidelines to help. I read them, did not see what I violated and submitted an appeal. They denied the appeal with no further context.I then created a new Youtube channel, spent hours editing, uploading, and making thumbnails. I upload new content and was again, banned after two days, with no context as to why and citing the same reason. I would like to upload content to YouTube in the future, but if I’m violating any policy in anyway I would like to know what I’m doing wrong so I can avoid that in the future. If anyone if familiar with the policies or has knowledge of what rule I may have broken please let me know. I would like to know if there’s anyway I can get my channel back.Youtube URL’s for reference:NoMerC: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoA4XJnk0X_oAmrq-3yK0gQMerceeGaming: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmBBJmlPpb762UG-sWUvA9AThank you in advance for your help with this.
The biggest mistake is trying to create a new account immediately after a termination for spam. Spam is a one-time serious violation, which not only results in immediate termination without warning and strike, but also a permanent and lifelong ban from the YouTube service. For all other channels, but also new channels.
The real mistake was that you placed links in your descriptions – and repeated this with the new channel.
At least I’m not surprised by the terminations…
By the way, the guidelines are not set in stone – and the algorithms are also constantly being adapted and further developed. That’s why you still see a lot of channels that have been spared from these algorithms so far. In recent weeks, however, more and more users with the same problems are complaining about their suffering here in the community.
Channels that had a link to the Twitch or Discord server have already been terminated.
So if your appeal was rejected, there is nothing you can do.There are no time frames after which you could try to create a new channel again. You misinterpreted that from my answer. Read also here the first paragraph:https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802168
