Hi All, I would like to consult all experts regarding this issue and come up with an explanation for such scenario that I am facing. Scenario: Unable to open Questionnaire of created Google Form, while the main file location which is being clicked. It only shows the error “Sorry, the file you requested does not exist, make sure you have the correct url and the file exist”. Troubleshoot I’ve tried: 1. Right click on the mouse on the file and select “show file location” and it brings me back to the place I right click on.2. click “Preview” and it is able to show the form but when I select the option “Open in Google Form” it return back to the error above.3 Check Trash and there isn’t any file in there. Things to note: The form was created in 2016 and been used to this day. Was fine yesterday, but not today, and still receiving email where a new entry has been submitted .Please explain the situation OR BETTER YET HELP ME resolve this issue. Thank You.

I have been seeing a lot of reports like that… I checked over in the Google Docs Community as there are several reports there as well. Here is one of the topics there for a bit more info, My form now says it does not exist, although it is still getting filled out. Looks like that the issue has been escalated there to see what is going on.
