Did you recently purchase a Google product? Think also about products that have a monthly or yearly charge? If you go to your Google Pay account you should be able to see a history of all your Google charges. If you have any questions, look for a help and support icon on the web page.

If unauthorized charges are not listed anywhere on the above web pages, then Google is not involved. Possibly your payment card was stolen, cloned, or used without authorization or knowledge. You should report any unauthorized charges to your bank or credit card company.
If the charges do show up in the linked pages above and are related to Google Play purchases, you can report unauthorized transaction(s) to Google by filling out this form. The form warns you to “Check whether a family member or friend used your payment method to make the purchase. They can lose the ability to pay using Google after your claim is verified.”
Another option is to contact the Google Pay support team.
