I want my channel to be monetized but every time I try it gets turned down for reused content. That would be fine and easy to fix if I knew what exactly I needed to fix. I know reused content doesnât exactly mean copyrighted but I donât have any copyrighted content. I didnât take content from other and if I did I donât know how to find out if I did. My content is not lazy at all I put a lot of effort into my work and I try to make it with quality and efficiency. I need to know what Iâm doing wrong cause Iâm loosing a lot of potential money. https://youtube.com/channel/UC5fan3xnKpWgqTVCyMAhJRA.
I can tell you exactly what you’re doing wrong. You’re uploading non-monetizable content.TikTok content can’t be monetized. Read below, from the Reused Content section of the AdSense Content Quality Guidelines…”Content that violates this guidelineTaking someone elseâs content, making minimal changes, and calling it your own original work would be a violation of this guideline. This policy applies even if you have permission from the original creator. Reused content is separate from YouTubeâs Copyright enforcement, which means itâs not based on copyright, permission, or fair use. This guideline means sometimes, you may not get claims against your content, but your channel may still violate our reused content guidelines.More examples of whatâs not allowed to monetize (this list is not exhaustive):Clips of moments from your favorite show edited together with little or no narrativeShort videos you compiled from other social media websitesCollections of songs from different artists (even if you have their permission)Content uploaded many times by other creatorsPromotion of other peopleâs content (even if you have permission).”https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1311392#zippy=%2Cfollow-adsense-program-policies”So how do I use the material then?”Run your channel without it being monetized; as there is no way you’ll be approved, no matter how many times you apply with this content.”Cause the people who own them are not really complaining.”It’s YouTube who’s complaining; and in the case of monetization, that’s what counts. If you continue to apply to the YPP with monetization-ineligible videos, your channel’s ability to monetize will be permanently disabled. If you insist on monetization for this particular channel, I suggest you try creating a Patreon. But all my videos are not Re-uploaded. They are lives. Does that still count.
How can you do ‘TikTok “Lives”‘ on YouTube? Either they are TikTok Lives or YouTube Lives; they can’t be both at once. If they are TikTok Live archive recordings, that would still be a reupload.
” Legally no one owns them”
Totally incorrect. The TikTok users who originally live cast the material own them; except for any copyrighted music heard in the videos.
