Credentials are what give you the authority to write this kind of content. It’s important for your visitors (and of course Google) to know how much it can be trusted.  And when it’s related to something like business practices and advice, it’s essential to know who the author is, and what authority they have.
 
It’s not necessarily required to have formal qualifications, but if you’re not qualified in business studies, or some similar degree or diploma course, what is it that gives you this knowledge?  Are you a business consultant?  Or are you a successful entrepreneur sharing what has worked for you?  Are you the CEO of a business, who has observed businesses succeeding and failing over the years…?   There are many possible reasons you might be writing about business practices, and many possible perspectives. But your visitors have to know which one applies.

Publish provable information about your experience in the topics you write about – which seems to be business and finance. So that might be your name, your qualifications, your employment history, your research and so on.
 
If, as seems likely, you have no authority in these topics and have copied / rewritten information from other sources then there is no hope of monetization.The ‘about’ page is certainly better than the templated one. But it still does not say ANYTHING about your credentials.  It’s about the site, not about what authority you have to write this kind of content.
