If your domain is blocked on facebook, you should ask their tech support why.
P.S.It looks like your domain is not configured correctly.
You need to add four A-records pointing to a naked domain (without www). Please follow step 3 in this help article:
Set up a custom domain
+ remove all unnecessary A-records with other IP addresses. Wait at least an hour and then enable “HTTPS availability” in your Settings tab (Blogger dashboard).
