Hello,i own a blog : rododentro.blogspot.com, which i created years ago with an email adress no longer existing (****@excite.it). In fact, the old email host (excite.it) no longer provides free emails.I lost my password associated with this old account, and it’s phisically impossible for me to obtain a new one with this adress. For a while, i could continue accessing the blog with my actual google identity (****@gmail.com), that i associated to the other 3 or 4 years ago, but now I am no longer considered owner of this blog. Now, this blog collects illustrations and materials i produced for over 10 years, and has already been ‘invaded’ by ppl leaving comments with no relation to the content (spam and so on).So, i tried 5 or 6 times to have help from google, but from several months i have no reponse (an automated message, after having asked me the last password i remebered etc, told that they need time to examine my request). So, help !Thank you !
Hi Filippo Ricca,
It sounds as though you are well into the very frustrating account recovery process. For help with that, you should go to the Accounts help community. The volunteers there are able to help a lot of people, but it is a complex process and you have to persist.
Before you head over there, I want to mention the option of searching your records and your memories for the log-in information.
By the way, if your memory of accessing the blog via a Google gmail as user ID is correct, it must have been a different account than your current one, or else you removed the account from the blog and/or deleted gmail from the account.
