Hello, I’ve had had my YouTube account for around 5 years now. For all the years I had the account I didn’t post any content (aside from one 7-second video for Steam), and I used it only for viewing videos or commenting. Some time ago, it got hacked and someone posted multiple spam-like videos on my channel. When I noticed it, I quickly changed my password, created two-factor authentication login and deleted those videos. However, I still got an automated notification about my account being suspended. It was four days ago. I appealed and tried to explain that my account was hacked at that time, but the appeal was denied the next day. I’d be extremely disappointed if all those years of my YouTube life were erased just like that, only because someone decided to hack me for their own profit. Please help me with restoring my account, it’s very important to me. My yt channel URL:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkAqGzYSSC6JNdVKFcOAShQ
Well, unfortunately I don’t see anything in the Google cache. Allegedly your channel has no content. Probably the snapshot of the cache was created after you deleted the content.
Please check your permissions in third-party apps – and scan your devices for malware – and then work your way through here first:
I will forward your case.
You should receive an email from YouTube within the next hours/days to the address you are registered with here in the community. Please also check your spam and junk folders if you don’t receive an email.
In this email you will find a link to a form which you can only access for 72 hours.
To fill out the form you also need your Channel-ID. This is then this one:
The form also asks for an Adsense ID. if you don´t have Adsense, you can leave this field empty or fill it with zeros.
Please let me know if you received the email from the team.
