Created a brand account, transfer all the contents from personal account and now all the videos gone 0 Recommended Answers 0 Replies

My manager created a brand account and moved all 54 videos from the personal account to the brand account. However, nothing is showing on the brand account or the personal account. It seems that all the contents have been deleted.Is there any way to retrieve the videos and replies? The personal channel had more than 1.57 million subscribers and 54 videos. Desperate to get the videos back. Please help.

It can take weeks and there is no way of checking on progress or get an idea of what the outcome will be, so sorry.I would say that where the matter was addressed quickly and was definitely a consequence of a glitch as opposed to user error, the success rate was 99%.  Obviously there are no guarantees that all cases are due to a glitch or brought to YouTube’s attention in a timely manner so not all of the cases I have seen over the past two and a half years have been resolvable.  YouTube are aware, and will do their level best to assist.
 
Also-  I had asked the other user to ask you to please edit your post to the thread I linked for you, as it appears to be causing others to copy the rather “involved” format, here:  https://support.google.com/youtube/thread/101199303 for your reference.
 
 What I think happened is that you overwrote the personal account with the brand account instead of what you were trying to do. As you’re such a large channel, do you have any contacts with YouTube, such as a partner manager.
 
If your account used to be monetized, you may also be able to access creator support, and see if they can assist. If not please let me know and I will escalate.
