Unfortunately, it looks like the team is keeping the channel suspended. This was all they provided back to me:

After review we determined that activity in your account violated our Community Guidelines, which prohibit spam, scams or commercially deceptive content. Please be aware that you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. For more information about account terminations and how our Community Guidelines are enforced, please visit our Help Center at https://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=92486&hl=en-US.I cannot use that shortcut URL, but it looks like the full /channel/ URL is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_Bz6olEuiIQSd_WpA33l3g
Can you share a screenshot of that message you get when you try to appeal. Are you appealing from the Google account that is associated with the channel?
