please cancel my google ads effective immediately. I tried multiple times to delete my account info but it does not work.

To stop your ads immediately, you can pause all your campaigns.
If you don’t want to use Google Ads anymore, you can cancel it by your own and request for refund (remaining balance other than promotional balance).
